We ship our Einar shoes worldwide, free of charge.
Shipping time depends on where you are. Global shipments and shipments inside the EU takes typically 1-8 days. Shipments inside Sweden are usually faster, taking 1-2 days to arrive.

Customers outside the European Union should be aware that import duties and taxes may apply when importing our products to your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office if you want more information on what applies to your country.
Our shoes are handmade by our artisan shoemaker. As a result of the slow-paced production process, we produce our shoes in small batches with the required sizes. A production-time of 4 - 6 weeks can be expected, after which we dispatch your shoes as soon as we received and inspected them.
In a hurry? We do carry a few sizes in stock. Please send us an email at email@example.com to check if we can ship your size sooner.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges or returns if the shoes do not fit or you do not like them.
To make an exchange or return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then send you the labels needed for the return shipment. To return items free of charge, you must use the labels and courier that we provide.
Please note that the goods must be returned in its original and unworn condition, without marks or scratches, for the exchange or refund to be approved. Make sure you try our shoes on a soft and clean surface. The goods must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the return label. If these conditions are not met, we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
As soon as the returned goods have been approved by us, we will send your replacement or issue the refund. It will take 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
We only cover one exchange round per order. Any further shipping costs for returns or additional exchanges will not be covered.
